PLACING AN ORDER is simple.  Just let us know what you want, by any of the three following methods.   Most products will be shipped the same day or next day.

SHIPPING.   We ship within the Continental USA only.   You will be charged standard UPS shipping rates.   Most items ship from Southern California, but some items may ship from North Carolina, Georgia or Illinois.  There is an additional charge of $5 for shipping to a residential address.

PAYMENT TERMS.    Payment terms are normally "Net 30 Days" to Business Accounts.   A paper invoice will be mailed to your billing address at the time of shipment.

RETURNS.   Any defective item should be reported to customer service within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund.   We will arrange for convenient UPS pickup.
